CEHA offers a choice of Medical Plans that adhere to the Ethical and Religious Directives of the USCCB.

Medical Plans:

Built for employers who want national network access, strong administrative support, and values-driven coverage.
Blue Cross Blue Shield

CEHA offers six medical plan options through Blue Cross Blue Shield, all on the national BlueCard PPO Network — providing expansive nationwide access for employees and their families.

Our disease and utilization management is provided by Conifer Health Solutions.

Telehealth is included with all medical plan options through MD LIVE.

Prescription drug coverage is through OptumRx.

CEHA offers two Dental Plan options through Delta Dental on their national PPO network.

Dental Plans:

Employers can select the structure that best aligns with their workforce needs and budget.
Includes Orthodontia

The high dental plan option includes orthodontia coverage and has a higher annual maximum.

The low dental plan option excludes orthodontia and has a lower annual maximum.

CEHA offers Vision coverage through VSP (Vision Service Plan).

Vision Plans:

The VSP plan provides expansive coverage and includes exams and lenses every year, and frames every other year.

For HR and Benefit Managers: CEHA also provides streamlined, professional administration so employers can focus on mission — not paperwork.

Plan Administration & COBRA:

Comprehensive plan administration is powered through CareFirst Administrators and 4myBenefits, with COBRA and flexible benefits administration supported by P&A Group to ensure streamlined billing, enrollment, claims processing, and ongoing benefit management.

CFA provides us with access to the national BCBS PPO network, and oversee claims adjudication to ensure efficient, coordinated management of all Trust benefits.

4myBenefits (powered by PlanSource) is the benefits administration platform we utilize that provides personalized benefits enrollment and automated administration. You could also plug in your existing benefit administration platform in to the Trust’s TPA if certain parameters are met.
CEHA provides COBRA administration through P&A Group for all Trust plans. The Trust also offers Flex administration through P&A Group for:

  1. Flexible Spending Accounts: Medical (FSA & Limited Purpose FSA) and Dependent Care
  2. Health Savings Accounts
  3. Commuter Accounts
