Specifically regarding P&A, since they are a new vendor to us all:

Employees should use the Contact number below.  ***Please do not provide the HR contacts to employees, as Mike, Julie, and Joanne are not equipped to handle that volume of calls.***

If there is an escalated issue that an employee cannot resolve by contacting the employee support number, they should report the issue HR, and then HR can contact the appropriate contact listed below for assistance.
