What should I do if I’ve been billed for services related to COVID-19 testing or treatment?

Call the member services number on the back of your CareFirst Administrators Medical ID card (877.889.2478). Let the service representative know you have received bills for services related to COVID-19, but the claims should be covered at 100%.  Have your member ID handy, as well as the bills, and dates of service for these claims.  They should be able to work with you, your provider(s), and the claims processing team to resolve these issues for you.
